Our Bespoke trousers are designed entirely around you - with the details, volume and fit adjusted to exactly as you like and the length finishing exactly where you want.

Clémence cigar pant shown here, is a full-length, tailored trouser in lustrous virgin wool suiting, with a long, lean silhouette and sharp pressed front crease. A clean waist facing replaces the traditional waistband, with the option of angled hip pockets or a streamlined pocket-free finish.  Lined to the knee and can be made in any colour in a suitable fabric.

Please note: To ensure the correct fit, trousers require at least two in-person fittings at our Herne Bay studio and cannot be fitted remotely.

    At Reine, every garment is tailored to fit you perfectly at no extra cost. Whether you’re based in Auckland or elsewhere, we offer in-person fittings at our Auckland atelier or virtual consultations. For virtual fittings, we can usually send a sample garment for you to try on. We source suitable fabrics in colours you prefer, with each piece made to your exact proportions for exceptional style and comfortable fit.

    DESIGNER'S NOTE

    I don’t know about you, but it seems to be entirely a fluke if I find a pair of trousers that actually fit me properly. So I’ve been on a bit of a pursuit to make the perfect pair for myself.

    The Clémence cigar pant shown here is my pair. It has a long, lean line that tapers in at the ankle, with just enough length to bunch slightly over a ballet flat, but not so much that it disappears into your slides or kitten heels.  I love a sharp, pressed centre-front crease - we topstitch ours to hold the line and create visual length.

    We have made deep pleat front slouchy styles,  sharply cut tuxedo styles, and drawstring waist wide leg styles for our clients over the past few years - whatever suited them the best.
