Our verified @reine_atelier Instagram account was permanently disabled by Meta on 9 November 2025, following six days of appeals.
The account was removed by an automated AI moderation scan for an alleged breach of Meta’s Community Standards. Despite providing clear evidence that our content did not violate this policy, having a verified account, and being a regular paying advertiser, the decision remained unchanged.
In June 2025, @reine_atelier and Fleur’s personal puppy and sailing instagram accounts were disabled after an automated AI moderation scan (not an actual complaint). @reine_atelier was reinstated at that time after days of appeals through Meta Business, but it appears the accounts remained technically linked, so in November 2025 @reine_atelier was subsequently treated as a policy violator again and permanently removed.
Thankfully our independent website remains secure and Fleur has since started a personal Designer Journal on Instagram @the_reine_edit. Although, we’re unlikely to launch another business account, as Meta has advised they can’t guarantee future accounts won’t also be affected due to historical account linking.
We’re working on content to add to our new Studio Journal, where we’ll share finished bespoke pieces, silhouettes and style development. We’re mindful of inbox fatigue and are still considering the best way to share updates - what we valued most about Instagram was the ability to connect with you on your own terms.
